By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following spa policies.

Right to Refuse Service
Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. If you need to make changes to or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 75% charge of the service value. Appointments missed without notice, as well as appointments booked within 24 hours and not kept, will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service value.

All appointments begin and end on time to ensure a seamless experience for every guest. We encourage guests to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled in order to avoid delaying the next guest. Missed appointments without prior communication will be considered a no-show, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

At White Lotus Day Spa, your well-being comes first. For safety reasons, massage is not offered during the first trimester. Once you have entered your second trimester, Prenatal Massages are available with specially trained therapists.​​​​​

To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, guests are required to complete the appropriate intake form(s) prior to receiving services. Intake forms vary depending on the service booked and are sent via text and/or email at the time of booking.
Intake forms are required annually, or sooner if there are any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy status, or other relevant information. Guests are responsible for keeping their intake information current to allow our therapists and estheticians to provide services safely and effectively.
White Lotus Day Spa reserves the right to modify or decline services if updated intake information is not provided or if health considerations require adjustments.

​We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as forms of payment.
Checks and SpaFinder gift cards are not accepted.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and may be provided in cash or via Venmo at the front desk.​​

Gift cards are redeemable for spa services and retail purchases only. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities and are non-refundable. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or failure to comply with spa policies.
